Internal Sales Agent – Drive Growth, Deliver Excellence Location: Glasgow Salary:up to £35,000 Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Internal Sales Agent, where you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across a defined region, drive new business, and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless commercial experience. What You’ll Be Doing Grow the Business: Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects through structured outbound calls. Customer Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan. Pricing & Market Insight: Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM. Sales Administration: Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. Order Management: Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency. A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
