About the job: You will be working in a highly dynamic Global Innovation & Portfolio Management team that consists of senior professionals with different career and cultural backgrounds. You will have a unique opportunity to work on various global brands and product platforms in cross-functional teams, and have a chance to contribute into growing the innovation pipeline for our brands with your own hands. You will work directly with Global Innovation Leads, as well as with Global & Local Brand Teams, Consumer & Market Insights, R&D Teams, Consumer Research agencies. Main responsibilities: As an Intern in Global Portfolio & Innovation team, you will lead the execution of assigned projects, as part of a team and independently, to deliver upon company Innovation strategies and objectives. We provide you with opportunities to develop your skills to grow in innovation & portfolio management or brand innovation development career paths, achieve your goals, and contribute to consumer health innovations. 1. Product Innovation Projects (50% of time) · Support Innovation Lead in front-end innovation projects to transform consumer & business insights into innovation ideas to make the pipeline bigger across multiple brands, including conducting market research, data analysis and initial business opportunity assessment in various markets · Collaborate with Global Brand Leads to advance innovation projects from early idea to development stage by help shape winning product concepts & prepare for consumer testing 2. Innovation Portfolio Management (30% time) · Track & analize global Innovation Portfolio on a regular basis across all countries and brands to ensure accuracy and reliability of data 3. Internal Growth Hub Communication & Culture building · Develop internal Growth Hub coms to drive the Challenger Mindset culture with best cases across brands and countries · Develop further internal learning courses for our brands and capabilities, including innovations. About You Desired Profile : · 1-2 years of professional experience, in brand building / product innovation · Ideally Junior/Assistant Brand Management experience within FMCG/OTC companies but not mandatory; · Business/Marketing degree qualified, preferably Master’s; · English professional fluency mandatory – Other language appreciated, French not mandatory Desired skills : · Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style · Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment · Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal · Ability to establish network fast · Strong Project management skills - ability to multi-task & manage projects effectively · Proactive and self-motivated Why us?
