Provide support to other departments: Assist other departments by addressing and solving their accounting and financial-related requests, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Support in automating accounting processes: Assist in the implementation of tools and systems aimed at automating accounting tasks, helping improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Assist in optimizing financial processes: Help evaluate and streamline existing processes within the finance department to support improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
Support in managing the full accounting cycle: Provide assistance in overseeing accounting activities such as financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closings for a portfolio of companies.
Assist in tax reporting and compliance: Aid in the preparation and control of taxes in collaboration with external tax advisors.
Support in treasury management tasks: Help in managing cash flow, assisting with banking relationships, and supporting other treasury-related activities across multiple companies.
These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table:
Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Highly motivated, structured, self-organized and should have project management skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with others, and contribute to group projects and initiatives.
Advanced level of English is a must (C1)
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
