The intern will operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, collaborating with international teams across multiple regions to deliver impactful digital solutions. The intern will support two strategic projects: 1. Development of AI-powered chatbots to enhance customer and sales experience2. Deployment of training platform, including content structuring, coordination with countries, and launch supportMain tasks: Creation and management of IA chatbot Countries onboarding Coordination with global and local teams Project planning and deliverable tracking Creation of support materials Benchmarking and research on AI solutions Accountabilities : Timely delivery and quality of outputs Clear communication with stakeholders Proactive input on tools and content Confidentiality and accuracy in data handling Profil Recherché Master’s level (Bac +4 / Bac +5) – Business school, communication, digital marketing, or engineering with interest in digital tools Strong interest in AI and digital tools Hard skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficient in PowerPoint, Excel,collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and customer communication Soft skills : Team spirit, autonomy, and curiosity
