About you: Reporting to the Group Treasury Director, you will be part of the team which is responsible for all the treasury activities across Europe, the America’s and APAC. You are an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic, focused on building positive, productive and professional relationships with staff members and customers. Day-to-day, you will: Assist on the Treasury management system implementation Manage Direct report and support in management of indirect reports Act as an escalation point of any issues Be responsible for all Group wide cash reporting up to Board level Manage Group FX Rates Calculate debt facility interest accrual Responsibility for review & sign off of bank reconciliations from across the Group Manage share scheme Leaver Buy Backs and subsequent reconciliation Review quarterly interest payments and interest rate hedge flows Submit drawdown requests to agent for Senior & PIK debt when required Be Key Online Banking System Admin Help with the onboarding of acquisition treasury tasks into Group Provide support on ad-hoc duties requested by Group Treasury Director As a well-rounded Treasury Manager, your Skills and Experiences will likely include: Excellent interpersonal and positive influencing skills across the spectrum of the company. Ability to build and nurture relationships across reporting levels. Excellent communication skills. High standard of written and spoken English. Computer literate with strength in the MS Office products, particularly Excel. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to notice errors. Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
