You will provide expert advice, ensure client satisfaction, and work to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Prospect and generate new personal lines business, fostering client relationships to drive growth. Client Service: Provide clients with advice on insurance products, answer inquiries, and address concerns. Policy Management: Manage and update clients' personal lines policies, cross-sell additional coverage. Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure seamless service and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: RIBO license required. Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales. Strong communication and customer service skills. Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
