Responsibilities Participate in training needs analysis to identify learning priorities and opportunities Design effective learning modules in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced Develop interactive activities and assessments Support the integration of digital learning solutions, such as LMS platforms and authoring tools Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing programs The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
