Abu Dhabi | Austin | Baltimore | Boston | Delaware | Frankfurt | London | Nashville | New York | North Carolina | San Francisco | Singapore | Southern California | Tokyo | Virginia | Washington, D.C Job description and responsibilities: •Support the sales team with business development initiatives •Assist in responding to client and prospect inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up. •Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to help address client and prospect needs. •Work with the team to prepare presentation materials & background information ahead of client & prospect meetings. •Maintain and update client contact details, account information, and pipeline opportunities in the firm’s CRM system. •Conduct competitor analysis and research on target firms to support strategic sales efforts. •Learn to use Morningstar to generate performance reports and conduct peer analysis. •Attend internal and external meetings to gain exposure to client interactions and firm strategy. Requirements: •Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree (in their penultimate year) or master’s degree. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work both independently and within a team environment. •Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. •Ambition to study towards Investment Management Certificate. •A genuine interest in sales, relationship management and financial markets.
