Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Pharma Analytics to join our outstanding team in Paris. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring professional support and high-quality service. Assist customers in choosing the most suitable products and services for their projects. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales action plans. Identify and develop new opportunities for Pharma Analytics Assays, hardware, and software adoption. Apply market and field data-based prospecting to identify new potential opportunities and customers. Support internal projects within the Bioproduction Group, from data reporting to strategy development. Analyze customer and market data to generate insights and support account planning. Manage assigned accounts and coordinate the sales process using CRM tools. Conduct market research and track competitors to identify growth opportunities. People Specification Degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (advanced studies in health engineering and management are a plus). Ability to combine technical understanding with a commercial approach. Basic understanding of the upstream and downstream workflows in Bioproduction processes. Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is advantageous.
