SUMMARY:
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for outstanding sales and service support for our current customers and our territory management team in a fast paced environment. Our Inside Sales staff handles a high volume of product sales, price quotes, order entry and delivery scheduling, customer follow-up and related duties.

DRUG TESTING REQUIREMENT:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
One year of related experience and/or training preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and other employees.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as job specifications and product manuals.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with or without the use of a calculator.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is also required to frequently use a computer, keyboard & mouse; phone; a printer/fax/scanner/copier; additional office equipment; and filing cabinets. The employee is occasionally required to climb up and down stairs; occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs; and frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of roofing, siding and millwork is preferred.
Basic Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook computer skills is preferred.
TRAVEL:
This position requires minimal travel to training events, customer events, and trade shows, as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works inside a heated and air conditioned sales office building. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to low.
