Inside Sales Consultant What you will do Reporting to Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing revenue from quoted works from our external sales teams. You will also act as a queue manager, responsible for ensuring opportunities are directed appropriately between external and internal sales teams. How you will do it Effective management of a pipeline of opportunities to close and win Liaising with management teams to secure business Completing pricing checks and negotiating with customers to secure revenue Providing customer service including updates to customers Speaking with customers to understand needs, opportunities to cross sell/ up sell Calling customers to build relationships and repeat business Strong Organization and communication skills between stakeholders What we look for Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these) Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload. Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set.
