De plus, vous connaissez les techniques de traitement des incidents et des requêtes. Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, le sens et le respect du service client, une bonne élocution et un bon niveau rédactionnel. Enfin, vous avez une bonne maîtrise de soi en toutes circonstances. Conditions de sélection : Le projet sur lequel vous serez amené à travailler étant confidentiel, il est nécessaire d’avoir une habilitation secret défense pour accéder au bâtiment, ou être apte à l’obtenir (ce qui nécessite d’avoir la nationalité française).
