Who we are Who we look for As an Industry Manager (Media Agencies) at Shopfully, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with media agencies and key advertising partners. You will work strategically to promote our digital advertising solutions, ensuring that brands and retailers maximize their drive-to-store strategies. Your role will require a blend of strategic leadership, business development, and account management. What you will do Create and develop commercial agreements with media agencies; Manage commercial relationships with active and potential clients, acquiring new customers and ensuring the development of the existing portfolio towards new projects; Achieve the annual commercial targets. What you will need At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies; Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams; Previous experience or strong interest in Business Development; Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting; Experience in stakeholder management up to C-level; Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights; Proficiency in English (other European languages are a plus). Nice to have Salary range €50.000 - €70.000 fixed gross salary per year + variable pay Location While we have an office in Paris, you can benefit from our flexible hybrid model, empowering you to work where you're most effective.
