Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner for a fixed term employee term ending 31 December 2026. This position will be responsible for EMEA-wide industrial relations support. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives Support industrial relations compliance needs Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation Lead industrial relations projects Work extended hours when necessary to connect with colleagues from other regions and be flexible to travel globally Utilize communication and interpersonal skills and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical guidance and bring strategic and scalable solutions Provide Industrial Relations support across EMEA Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of Employee Relations experience Experience with organizational problem solving in a complex work environment Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical guidance and bring strategic and scalable solutions Preferred Qualifications Industrial Relations experience in EMEA Fluency in additional languages such as Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian or other European languages
