TrueContext is looking for a personable and energetic Implementation Specialist with a strong project management and technical problem-solving skillset to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for working closely with customers to capture requirements, design/implement solutions, and manage projects from start to finish. Who are you? The ideal candidate is someone who can lean on their technical background as well as have a passion to learn and stay current with new technologies. In addition to becoming an expert on the TrueContext platform/product, you will need to adapt and quickly gain a baseline understanding of the many systems/services (ex. Sharepoint, SalesForce, Box..) we integrate with. Projects vary in size and often require close collaboration with others within the Implementation Services team, as well members of Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product organizations. You will translate your strong technical, project management, and customer experience skillset into delivering world class solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Creating and running demos for new customers Collaborating with our sales team in order to gather customers’ requirements and proposing implementation alternatives Commanding the customer implementation by applying a project management approach in combination with TrueContext’ own methodology for successful adoption Building solutions and performing configurations for client implementations Providing training through webinars or custom-tailored one-on-one calls Sharing experiences with peers which derive the best practices used by the Sales, Implementation & Customer Support teams Providing input to TrueContext’ Product Management, Customer Support and Marketing teams towards the continuous improvement of our products and services Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, and/or equivalent technical sales or information system implementation experience Project management experience including: Handling multiple projects at the same time Managing personal time effectively Dealing with clients directly using a collaborative approach Demonstrates “technical curiosity” and an inclination towards solving problems for their customers Quickly grasps and applies system analysis and general data exchange and interface knowledge Is a self-starter. Requires minimum supervision when it comes to planning and getting things done Thinks on their feet, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibits initiative, flexibility and desire to make our customers succeed!
