Ride the next mile with us! We are seeking an IDC Compliance Intern to support Independent Delivery Contractor compliance and help ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, and ethical business practices. Responsibilities · Maintain organized records of compliance-related materials, including policies, procedures, training content, and audit documentation. · Support internal and external audits by coordinating with audit teams, tracking findings, and assisting with corrective actions. · Prepare reports on compliance activities and key metrics, identifying potential risks. · Assist in assessing compliance risks and collaborating with departments on mitigation strategies. · Contribute to investigations of compliance issues under the Compliance Manager’s direction. · Support the development and rollout of compliance policies, procedures, and employee training. · Stay current on relevant regulations and industry standards and help ensure organizational adherence. · Foster a culture of compliance through communication and awareness initiatives. · The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
