Job Description🚀 The Job Mission This role is a mix of site and office-based work in Bridgwater, and relocation support is available if required. You’ll be central to preparing and delivering HVAC construction work packs, enabling installation activities to progress safely and on schedule. Your future team will rely on your technical leadership to keep documentation aligned, interfaces managed, and construction readiness achieved.Key responsibilities include:Prepare and deliver HVAC construction work packs, ensuring clarity and compliance with standardsDefine and manage boundaries of scope for allocated works and documentationLiaise with subject matter experts, contractors, and client counterparts to resolve queriesReview, update, and prioritise documentation to meet project deadlinesEnsure deliverables achieve >90% first-time acceptance rate through quality reviewsContribute to planning and scheduling activities, providing feedback on resources and timelinesIdentify constructability issues and coordinate surveys or temporary works solutionsDrive coordination across mechanical, electrical, and civil interfaces for seamless deliverySupport improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance project efficiencyProvide leadership within the pre-construction team and deputise for the Pre-Construction PM where required Qualifications🛠 Skills and QualificationsMechanical degree or significant HVAC systems experienceExperience on major construction projects in highly regulated sectorsProven track record operating at Engineer or Senior Engineer levelProficiency in Navisworks and strong Excel capabilityStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage configuration documentation effectively Additional Information🌟 Ready to lead the way on one of the UK's biggest clean energy builds?
