Law Society of Ireland – Human Resources Department The Law Society of Ireland is seeking an HRIS Analyst to cover maternity leave on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a key opportunity for a proactive, technically skilled professional to take ownership of BambooHR, driving optimisation, feature enablement, and data integrity across HR operations. Role Overview As HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the ongoing enhancement and performance of BambooHR. You will lead the rollout of new features, ensure data accuracy through regular audits, and deliver impactful reporting and analytics to support strategic HR initiatives. You will report to the Director of Human Resources, and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and levels. Key Responsibilities HRIS Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for BambooHR. Lead rollout of new features and self-service tools. Act as the HRIS ‘super user,’ ensuring optimal system performance. System Management & Optimisation Oversee daily HRIS operations, with regular audits of data, troubleshooting, and updates. Drive continuous improvement and liaise with vendors on technical issues. Data & Reporting Deliver accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and compliance checks. Support internal and external survey and reporting requirements. User Support & Communication Provide expert support to HR, Executive Team and to daily system users Manage employee lifecycle updates (e.g., new hires, exits, time off). Communicate system changes and enhancements across the organisation. Collaboration & Learning Stay current with HR tech trends and best practices. Support strategic HR projects and contribute during peak periods. Experience & Skills 2–5 years in HRIS or HR analyst roles. Proven experience in HR system implementation and project management. Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS Systems HR dashboards and analytics competence such as Power BI, Advanced Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Previous experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting (essential). An understanding of the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
