HRBP - 6m Day Rate Contract (Inside IR35) The role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team on 6m Day Rate Contract. This is a generalist role with a strong focus on talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. You will play a pivotal role in driving our cyclical people processes, including calibration, talent review, and engagement action planning, ensuring our people strategy supports business objectives. This is a hybrid position based at our welcoming offices in Reading, with three days in the office and two days working from home. We welcome applications from everyone. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to deliver the full spectrum of HR services, with a focus on talent management and leadership development. • Lead and support cyclical people processes such as performance calibration, talent reviews, and engagement action planning. • Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee engagement, and development strategies. • Collaborate with the wider HR team to design and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. • Support organisational change and transformation projects as required. Experience • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role. • Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and/or employee engagement. • Demonstrated experience managing cyclical people processes (e.g., calibration, talent review, engagement action planning). • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
