Job Description The Colleague Journey, TD's first Corporate Journey, sits in Human Resources and focuses on delivering market-leading experiences from "attract" to "onboard" for colleagues and candidates. Working in TD Scaled Agile (TDSA), and within the NEW operating model, the Colleague Journey has a Product Family, 3 Product Groups (1 Attract and Insights, 2 Hire and 3 Onboard) and 6 pods. The HR Specialist will be part of a dynamic cross-functional team that develops and delivers reporting solutions to enable data driven decisions for Talent Acquisition and its partners. In this role, you will: Bring a passion for storytelling with data, the Colleague & Customer Promise, the TD Brand and Culture and be colleague/candidate obsessed Conduct analysis, gather data, identify gaps and propose opportunities to improve the process, frameworks, tools and technology Work with the Pod Product Owner and other pod members to develop tactics and programs that move the process and experience towards the target state vision; iterating regularly to deliver incremental value Connect with stakeholders to understand reporting & data needs, seek input on work products and connect the dots on related priorities Review quantitative and qualitative feedback and data to strengthen case for change, monitor outcomes and measure benefits Develop content, communications and reference materials to support the implementation of pod initiatives Contribute to the development of the pod roadmap, weaving in industry research, best practices and a focus on the candidate/colleague experience Understand and assess how HR policies and regulatory requirements impact your work Identify issues, risks and impediments and support the Pod Product Owner in resolving challenges Participate actively in the pod's agile ceremonies and ways of working, collaborating with other pod members to plan work and achieve the desired outcomes Embody Agile principles of collaboration, value creation and an appreciation for how the Agile and NEW models influence and impact outcomes. Job Requirements Experience and/or Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent 5+ years relevant experience within a Talent Acquisition and/or HR function Key Capabilities Data and Digital Confidence Uses data to inform work while applying design thinking and business analysis principles; embraces digital solutions and tools. Critical Thinking Natural curiosity and motivation to find innovative ways to enhance capability, methodology and practices, leveraging both internal and external insights as creative inspiration while balancing against the TD context. Delivery Excellence Proven track record of navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems and delivering value through cross-functional collaboration; demonstrates organizational awareness and resourcefulness.
