We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to implement HR iniciatives that directly support business objectives. Your tasks:
- Support the implementation of HR activities aligned with business strategies & goals;
- Lead activities in top talent attraction and hiring, onboarding, training and development;
- Provide guidance to managers on leadership skills, performance management and succession planning;
- Drive initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion;
- Facilitate open and effective communication channels between HR and business partners, ensuring alignment and clarity;
- Use HR metrics/reports to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.
Your profile:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or related field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Google tools command;
- Labour law knowledge;
- Proactive and team player attitude;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
