Summary of the role As HR Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our EMEA organization by handling a wide range of day-to-day HR responsibilities, with a primary focus on supporting our UK locations and growing support for Bulgaria. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and your development is supported. You will have the opportunity to grow your international HR expertise by learning to support HR inquiries in other countries, while also contributing to regional and global HR projects. Role and Responsibilities Provide personalized, excellent support to internal customers (employees, managers, etc) by answering their queries and processing their requests in a timely, professional and welcoming manner. Deliver first contact resolution and provide high customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals. Use a case management tool to enter, track and respond to all activities efficiently, and meet service levels set out in Service Level Agreements. Perform various HR tasks and answering inquiries as needed, including: Coordination of incoming and outgoing employee administration Supporting and responding to employee issues/inquiries on HR policies, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc. Vacation, Leave of Absences and Sickness handling Training inquiries and generation of HR related reports Serve as resource for new hire orientations. Assist in communicating HR policies, ensuring consistency in policy communication and enforcement. Ensure proper record keeping, and the confidentiality of cases and employee information as well as the integrity of HRIS data. Ensure compliance with all government and employment law regulations, and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are updated as required. Ensure consistency in the delivery of information and enforcement of policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all government regulations including country employment laws and internal processes. Performs regular audits to maintain data integrity. Ensure KPIs and metrics are met and are in compliance with established service level agreements, baselines and targets. Support the review and updating of content in the knowledge management and case management systems as well as other continuous improvement activities to improve HR Services efficiency and effectiveness. Assists in additional activities translation support for policies and documentation. Carry out other duties as assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor degree in Human Resources. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in similar position supporting UK HR inquiries. HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred. Good knowledge of HR regulations in the UK is required, HR knowledge in Bulgaria is a strong plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level in English. Bulgarian language skills on professional level. Highly organized and strong detail orientation with a strong customer service orientation. Able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly, strong detail orientation, with focus on data quality. Outstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy, compassion and service orientation. Passionate and high energy which can assist in selling future vision to customers. Adaptability/flexibility which includes being open to change and conducting business differently. Focused on continuous learning and developing new skills. Excellent process orientation which focuses on efficiency without losing sight of customer experience. Savvy with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
