Hours Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, typically 8.45am - 5.15pmMinimum 3 x days on site (ideally 4), 1 -2 x days working from home. We're open to discuss how we could accommodate other flexible working options Responsibilities Leading on all people processes in the lifecycle of an employeeBuilding and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships both within the business and across the wider HR communityChampioning talent management and driving activities across the sitesAdvising Managers and employees on all generalist processes/ activities including employee relationsDelivering change management processes, for example restructuring, redundancy, redeployment, consultation and TUPECollating and providing HR data, tracking, identifying and providing trends and solutions to the businessCarrying out recruitment related activities including supporting workforce planning, conducting interviews, attending local recruitment events to promote Dalkia Facilities as an employer in the communityMaking a contribution to developing guidelines and people processesContributing to wider HR strategy, initiatives and projects Requirements CIPD qualification, level 3 or studying towardsGeneralist HR Advisor experience in a site based roleStrong working knowledge of employment law, HR policy/practice and employee relationsExperience of aligning HR plans/ activities with site/ business goalsExcellent stakeholder management skillsAdaptability and resilience to operate successfully in a change based, fast paced environmentCIPD qualification, level 3 or studying towardsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteFull valid UK Driving Licence and own transport At Dalkia, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
