This role offers the opportunity to become a key technical expert within a collaborative housing support team. You will provide advanced application support, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a trusted advisor for clients using housing systems. Investigate and resolve application issues, ensuring SLAs are met and quality standards maintained. Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, workarounds, and fixes. Develop and maintain technical support documentation and standard operating procedures. Deliver proactive support services, including ITIL problem management practices. Identify opportunities for additional services and improvements to enhance customer experience. Requirements Strong SQL skills for querying and managing database content. Experience supporting applications deployed via web technologies. Good understanding of service delivery within defined SLAs and ITIL best practices. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills. Experience with housing systems administration or relevant platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, UNIX/Solaris) is an advantage. Familiarity with APIs, integration tools, and Business Objects is a plus. ITIL v4 Foundation certification and awareness of ISO 9001 software development principles are desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced level.
