Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule bike deliveries efficiently. Ensure hire bikes are prepped and road-ready—clean, serviced, and compliant. Manage fleet paperwork, documentation, and logistics for drivers and customers. Oversee helmet stock levels, replacements, and stock checks. Maintain and update digital fleet trackers using Google Sheets/Excel. Ensure fleet compliance with MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing requirements. Handle customer queries and assist with unexpected issues, including liaising with police or local authorities when needed. 🚀 Key Skills: Strong coordination and multitasking ability. Fluent in Portuguese (conversational or above). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and internal systems. Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaborate within a team.
