WHAT YOU DO Provide effective leadership and direction to a team of High Bay Warehouse Controllers on each night shift Oversee day-to-day activities on night shift in the high-bay warehouse area, including cleanliness activities, replenishment, and dispatch Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements to meet business demand Oversee the operation of the automated storage and retrieval system, conveyor systems, pallet shuttles, and warehouse control systems Providing comprehensive reports and feedback regarding any issues encountered during the night shift, ensuring that all documentation is thoroughly completed Monitor system performance, identify blockages or failures, and liaise with Maintenance and IT support, as required Coordinate workload across the team to meet daily KPIs and business requirements WHO YOU ARE Previous experience in an automated warehouse environment (high-bay or automated warehouse preferred) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control and health & safety standards Experience with EWM systems and handheld scanners Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments A proactive and hands-on mentality with strong communication and problem-solving skills This role requires working on a permanent night shift basis OUR OFFER 25 days annual leave plus 8 days UK bank holidays per year Healthcare Cash Plan after qualifying period Life Assurance Cover of 3 times basic salary Contributory Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Programs with access to savings & discounts 24/7 helpline and much more Contract type: Permanent Working time: 39 hours per week // permanent night shift (22 - 6) Occupational date: 01.01.2026 WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
