Our Healthcare Home office teams provide the support required from a commercial, compliance and governance perspective to ensure that our field teams and store colleagues are able to deliver for our customers. As part of the Home office team you will provide administrative support to the teams, be involved in both internal and external stakeholder communication and work in close partnership with Home office, field and store teams. You will be responsible for managing various programmes of activity within the Optical and Pharmacy workstreams. You will have good organisation and communication skills, be adaptable to change and able to respond reactively when required. Job role: Maintaining compliance records and data reporting. Supporting ad hoc reporting requirements within the healthcare team. Providing scheduled reports for healthcare dashboards. Collation of information for various reporting purposes for the healthcare team. Ensuring the appropriate recruitment checks are made for all healthcare professionals as they are triaged through the recruitment process. Reviewing and supporting safeguarding checks. Liaise with all stakeholders to request, collate and provide all elements required for subject access request. Providing administrative support for healthcare conferences, student placements, extended meetings, including logistics and communication. Reviewing and updating of NHS alerts including summary care records. Engaging with store and field teams via email and phone where required.
