As a Learning and Development Partner at Reed, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training to our candidate workforce. You will provide both mandatory and specialist training across our Health and Care business and to external partners. Your goal is to promote continuous professional development that is accessible, adheres to best practices, and meets legal requirements. You will ensure high-quality training for our candidates and delegates assigned to various client settings and services. What you’ll be doing: This isn’t a desk-bound role. It’s dynamic, hands-on, and full of opportunities to innovate.
