What You’ll Do *Lead, inspire and develop our nursing team *Ensure smooth running of daily clinical operations *Drive high standards of patient care and client communication *Support and mentor student nurses *Work closely with management to enhance protocols and efficiency *Continue hands-on nursing while shaping the future of our nursing services About You Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with solid clinical experience, passionate about teamwork, patient care, and developing others, organised, proactive, and confident in leading people and processes & keen to contribute ideas and make a real difference. We have equipment such as dental xray, ultrasound and endoscopy. We have an experienced team of Vets and Nurses. We have 3 Senior Vets, 1 new grad Vet, 1 Vet Surgeon split over 2 sites. Our nursing team consists of 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses over two sites, as well as Veterinary Care Assistants and a dedicated Reception team.
