Your Mission We are looking for a Head of Talent, Culture & Performance to join the People team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture & Engagement. Your role will be to ensure global alignment, contribute to the People strategy, and foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment. You will be reporting to the Senior VP People and you will be managing a team of 8 people. \n Your Responsibilities * Talent Acquisition * Partnering with the TA Lead to foster hiring excellence and build a data-driven recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s goals * Supporting and coaching the TA Lead in developing the team’s expertise, tools, and performance indicators; ensure the function is seen as a trusted partner to business leaders * Ensuring global employer branding to position BlaBlaCar as a top employer for talent * Learning and Development * Partnering with the Learning and Development Manager to build talent frameworks and tools to enable employees to grow within the company across functions and countries * Rolling out training and mentoring programs * Aligning the talent management strategy with the business and people vision * Leading the company’s performance management philosophy * Compensation & Benefits * Driving and implementing the design of compensation frameworks that attract and retain top talent, maintain internal equity, and align with the company’s values and culture * Promoting fairness and consistency in compensation decisions, leveraging data to monitor equity across functions, levels, and populations * Ensuring understanding of compensation philosophy and equipping managers with the knowledge and tools to discuss compensation fairly * Culture & Engagement * Alongside the Culture and Engagement Manager, ensuring company values are embedded across teams and driving employee engagement * Encouraging an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute fully * People Management & Leadership * Actively collaborating with other HR leaders (Head of HRBP and Head of People Ops) in the People function to define & implement People strategy aligned with company’s objectives and priorities Your qualifications * 10-15 years in HR leadership roles, Compensation & Benefits or Talent Management * Strong global, multicultural experience, English proficiency critical * Proven leadership, with ability to align with People team peers and create a collaborative, strong team environment What we have to offer * 4 additional weeks on top of legal maternity/paternity leaves * 50% healthcare coverage (Alan) * Financial support for home office equipment * Minimum 25 days holiday per year * Local meal plan policy (Swile card) * 50% transportation paid (Forfait Mobilité Durable) * Free unlimited carpooling & bus rides * Personal growth via trainings, mentorship, and internal mobility programs * Employee Stock ownership plan * Regular team building events * 1 day off per year to test our product \n BlaBlaCar is an equal opportunity employer.
