Welcome to FBB Europe – Dairy Team As the leader of the UK & Ireland sales team within FBB Dairy, Europe, you will be part of the Central North Europe Leadership Team, reporting directly into the Senior Director for Dairy, Central North Europe and working closely with multiple stakeholders including customer service, commercial development, and application experts. Your role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment and driving sales excellence across the region. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Coaching and leading the dairy sales team to meet and exceed sales budget targets on a year-to-year basis in the defined sales area Being an active member and contributor of the Central North Europe Leadership team Role modelling and providing an excellent level of support and leadership to both internal and external customers Managing all aspects of customer and distributor relationships; forecast and forecast changes, pricing, contracts, IP and complaints In collaboration with regional and local marketing drive launches of new concepts including PR activities, planning customer seminars, innovation days and local sales campaigns To succeed you must hold: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Food Science or equivalent experience. Extensive experience gained in a leadership position within the food manufacturing industry, preferably within a dairy or cheese producer. Alternatively, we could consider candidates with food ingredients experience catering to the needs of the Dairy and/or food industry. Solid background in sales management. The ability to motivate a team effectively is important. The flexibility to travel frequently (up to 50%) to maintain and grow customer connections. Experience in driving and leading complex contracts and price negotiations with Focus Accounts and Distributors. Could our purpose be yours? Then apply today!
