This People & Culture leadership role focuses on building and scaling organizational capability. You'll serve as a strategic coach to the leadership team, enabling managers to become effective people leaders through coaching, tools, and frameworks while supporting performance conversations and organizational design decisions.

Part of the role involves working on performance management frameworks, facilitating development conversations, and supporting learning initiatives for career growth. You'll also preserve and evolve company culture as the organization scales, driving engagement through surveys, feedback, and meaningful culture initiatives.

In this role, you'll own the complete recruitment process, balancing speed and quality while strengthening employer branding and managing recruitment partnerships. You'll oversee the People & Culture Officer to ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including administration, onboarding, and compliance. Additionally, you'll leverage people analytics to drive strategic decision-making and identify organizational trends.

Finally, you'll lead and develop the People & Culture team itself, building scalable processes and acting as a role model for values-based leadership to create a future-ready function that supports continued organizational growth.

Your profile
  • Proven experience leading People & Culture in scale-up or fast-growing environments 
  • Strong background in leadership coaching, performance management, and talent development 
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people analytics 
  • Strategic partnership experience with senior leadership and founders
  • Trusted relationship builder
