As the Head of IT Portfolio Delivery, you will be a member of the Pathways IT leadership team and will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Pathways IT change portfolio, ensuring that projects and programmes are delivered consistently, transparently, and to required standards. What you’ll bring to the role Significant experience overseeing IT change portfolios, programmes, or PMO functions in complex multi-system environments. Demonstrable expertise in implementing and ensuring adherence to project/programme management methodologies. Strong governance, assurance and risk management capabilities. Excellent analytical, reporting and decision-making skills. Strong leadership capability with experiencing building and managing high performing teams. Experience implementing and standardising the use of PPM tools. Experience working with the education sector would be desirable.
