Job Title Head of Demand Generation, Amadeus Cytric Boost the engine that powers growth. As our Head of Demand Generation, you will lead on translating business priorities, market data and customer insights into integrated and compelling campaigns that drive pipeline and ultimately revenue growth. You will own the full funnel—from audience strategy and campaign orchestration to performance analytics and pipeline acceleration—and will work closely with Sales, Regional, Product and Partner Marketing, and Lead Development to convert intent into customer wins. What you’ll do · Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the global demand generation and campaign strategy for Amadeus Cytric, translating business priorities, market data, and customer insights into compelling, integrated campaigns. · Impactful Lead Journeys: Orchestrate end-to-end campaign processes, leveraging AI, predictive insights, and automation to design, deliver, and continuously enhance multi-channel (digital, social, experiential, and owned) programmes that move prospects through the funnel from lead to customer. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Amadeus Cytric Sales, Regional, Partner and Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, as well as wider Central and Field Marketing stakeholders, to ensure cohesive planning, unified execution, and alignment with business priorities. · Innovation & Future Orientation: Champion the use of innovation and emerging technologies—including AI—to transform campaign conception, delivery, and measurement, ensuring strategies anticipate audience needs, tech trends, and market opportunities. · Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team—including creative designers, digital strategists, and campaign specialists—setting clear goals, operating rhythms, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and inclusion. · Operational Excellence: Refine and optimise the operating model for creative, content, and campaign delivery, ensuring efficient prioritisation, intake, and execution. Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to extend capacity and capability as needed. · Performance Analytics & Optimisation: Champion a data-driven culture by implementing dashboards, diagnostics, and experimentation frameworks. Partner with Marketing Operations to forecast, measure, and optimise campaign contribution to pipeline coverage, conversion ratios, and revenue growth. · Global & Local Alignment: Ensure campaigns are globally aligned yet locally relevant, empowering Regional Marketing with dynamic, data-led guidance and assets. Immediate impact you’ll make (first 6–12 months) · Lift pipeline coverage across priority markets; improve conversion ratios and time-to-handover · Design and launch integrated campaigns each quarter with persona-specific offers and relevant content in alignment with sales priorities · Refresh the lead qualification motion with Lead Development and Sales, including fast-track paths for high-intent leads What you bring · Extensive experience (15+ years) in B2B demand generation and marketing leadership for complex SaaS, enterprise, or technology solutions, including at least 5 years managing high-performing teams within global organisations. · Demonstrated ability to design and deliver integrated, digital-first campaigns across various formats (1:1, 1:few, 1:many), leveraging paid digital channels, content strategy, and lead lifecycle management (including nurture, field, event, and lead development initiatives) to achieve measurable business outcomes. · Deep fluency with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, with a strong analytical approach to pipeline management and revenue optimisation. · Boundless curiosity, executive presence, and a visionary, performance-driven mindset, with outstanding communication skills, a passion for impact, and a strategic understanding of AI and digital innovation in campaign strategy.
