The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including creating innovative menus, managing food preparation, ensuring high-quality presentation, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment. Additional responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and timely stock. The role demands leadership in upholding culinary excellence and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Requirements Qualifications Expert culinary skills, including food preparation, innovative recipe creation, and meal presentation techniques Proficiency in kitchen management, including supervising staff, inventory monitoring, and compliance with health and safety regulations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor the kitchen team Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and negotiating with suppliers for quality ingredients Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment Benefits NEGOTIABLE
