About the Role We are seeking a smart, courteous, and digitally savvy Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, process online orders, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience with our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and confident using online platforms to handle orders, respond to inquiries, and provide timely support. Job Description (Key Responsibilities) Handle online and in-store customer orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery details, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the kitchen and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Follow up with customers post-order to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty. Manage and update digital customer service tools, ensuring smooth communication across platforms. Support marketing initiatives through customer engagement and retention activities. Requirements Person Specification OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within a restaurant, QSR, or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be tech-savvy with strong command of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email, and online order systems. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
