Job Description We are looking for a part-time Handyman to perform a variety of general repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or alongside our team. Responsibilities Perform general repairs including drywall patching, painting, carpentry. Assist with property maintenance tasks such as fixture installation, caulking, door/lock repairs, and basic troubleshooting. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and office staff. Requirements Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of general repair techniques. Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic set of tools preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills.
