We're currently seeking an organised and passionate intern to join our team from October/November 2025 for a six-month internship based in Paris What will you be doing? Researching destinations for activities, restaurants and events to recommend to our guests Designing and creating guest brochures and destination guides for internal and external use, including multiple formats (written, maps, visual) Updating destination brochures to ensure they are current and relevant for our guests Researching new suppliers for concierge services and initiating first contact Supporting the global concierge team with booking services, restaurants and activities and adding to our guest planning tool Updating our internal database of homes and destinations Assisting with the guest email inbox to ensure all guests receive timely responses Assisting with internal communication channels and collaborating with other teams; updating internal collateral for guest-facing teams Shadow the Guest Experience team to gain an understanding of stay management across our global destinations, gaining confidence to step in as needed over time Who are we looking for? These are the essential requirements: You must be fluent in English Dynamic and responsive with great attention to detail Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry Good commercial awareness Great at building relationships and communicating with a diverse client base Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload autonomously Ambitious and results-driven by a love of delivering top-quality customer service No qualms about working on weekends & bank holidays Fluency in Italian and French would be an advantage
