Medcon International, an EBAC-accredited medical education company and subsidiary of US HealthConnect based in the Netherlands, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Growth Marketer. This role will support audience generation efforts for online and live medical education programs and work with growth managers to ensure the successful execution of campaign logistics.

What a day in the life of a Growth Marketer looks like:

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Workinginour campaign management platforms to prepare and execute tactics
• Communicating with our users
• Analyzing data to drive marketing decisions
• Supporting efforts to generatean audience for online and live programs
• Participating in project launchesand implementation meetings
• Handlinginternaland externalclient needs
• Assistingwithadditionalmarketing efforts, including exhibit booths
• Conducting competitive research
• Writing and implementing marketing plans for projects
• Monitoring registration and participation statistics
• Meeting program participation goals
• Assistingwithotherregistration and marketing-related duties
• Traveling onsite toassistwith program implementationas needed

What we expect from qualified candidates:

• We are a hybrid workenvironment, butexpect our employees to workon-locationat a minimum of three days a week at our Medcon International Offices in Hoofddorp the Netherlands.
• Dutch speaking (native)
• Fluency in English in writing and speech (Cambridge English level C1 or similar preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related area preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing
• Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms
• Flexibility andindependencywhile working in a fast-paced environment with some support from supervisor
• Strong strategic and creative thinking
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time
• Strong web, technical, and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented 
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with internal clients
• Proficiencyin all standard Microsoft Office programs
