Closing Date for Application: Thursday 04/12/2025 As a Project Payroll Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every detail of our payroll process is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, customer service, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Provide a high-quality end to end payroll service to the business in an accurate and timely manner Support Payroll department through Payroll Transition and Group Alignment, supporting project and change activities when required liaise with sites to fact find and identify pain points, working on resolutions, automating and streamlining processes where possible create process documentation in collaboration with the payroll team and business analyst creation of SOP’s, in conjunction with the BAU payroll team training the payroll team on new ways of working & updated processes support testing and parallel runs Capabilities Relevant Payroll qualification is essential, ideally CIPP qualified or relevant experience Subject matter expert in relation to current UK payroll and pension legislation with a passion for payroll controls and governance Good organisational awareness and an effective approach to problem solving Excellent communicator with the ability to build constructive and collaborative working relationships Excellent level of IT skills and analytical ability - including Excel Team player with the ability to work under pressure with a focus on attention to detail Experience of supporting on Payroll Transition Experience of Workday Payroll Payroll Project Management experience Proven expertise in payroll reconciliations Experience in payroll system migration Here at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
