Description Master Landscaping is looking for a Groundskeeper/Mower to maintain the aesthetic appearance of various lawns of all Scentsy owned properties through mowing/edging from March through November and perform a wide variety of groundskeeping tasks from December through February. What You'll Do: Assist the Mow Crew Supervisor in maintaining all lawn areas throughout the growing season Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed at proper heights with straight lines Ensure flowerbeds, hard surfaces, and walkways are free of debris, clippings, and weeds Edge walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs Operate landscape equipment including, but not limited to, riding lawnmowers, walking mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blower, etc. Maintain existing landscape design and ensure plant survival Rake fallen leaves, remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from the grounds Help others in the facilities department as needed, including afterhours events as needed Help Fertilize lawn and plants Ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces as needed Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required Experience and knowledge of operating landscape maintenance equipment, i.e., riding lawn mowers, walking mowers, string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, etc. Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining sprinkler systems is a plus Knowledge and experience installing landscaping such as pavers, plants, and sod is a plus Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly daily
