Groundskeeper-Kingsbridge

We are currently seeking a groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas
• Maintain property safety and Inspections
• Maintain exterior property appeal
• Assist with resident communication for customer experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Functions

• Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
