Category Agile Closing Date 28 December 2025 Let's find your role: The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of Click & Collect (CNC) services. This includes maintaining current processes (“keeping the lights on”) while driving future enhancements to improve customer experience, service levels, and sales growth. The position will play a key role in projects related to Click & Collect expansion and service improvements. You will manage and support the operational activities of Click & Collect (CNC), ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. The role will also contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, increasing efficiency, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day CNC activities to ensure smooth operations and service continuity. Maintain and monitor key processes to “keep the lights on” for CNC services. Support future enhancements and projects focused on Click & Collect growth and improved service/sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements. Slot management and optimisation to maximize capacity and efficiency. Mobile check-in process oversight and improvement. Monitor and report on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) measures. You will also manage signage updates and ensure compliance with brand standards. Conduct competitor reviews to identify opportunities and best practices. Develop and deliver communications and training materials for store teams. Let's find out about you: You will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
