The role offers a 37.5-hour working week, typically over four 10-hour days, with the rota designed to provide a day off following a weekend on call. You’ll take part in a fully supported 1:6 rota for full weekends and evening OOH cover. The position can be tailored to suit either 100% Equine work or a 50:50 Equine/Farm split. A company vehicle is provided for both business and personal use, and short-term accommodation support can be arranged if needed.
