Position Summary We have an opportunity for a Graduate Test Automation Engineer to join us on a 12 month contract basis here at Samsung. This role sits within the Quality Assurance (QA) and Customer Experience (CX) department focusing on Samsung Electronics products launched in UK & EU. The team design and develop test automation tools, performing manual testing when necessary. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will design and implement test tools to support QA and CX of Samsung Electronics' products. You'll work closely with regional & global QA teams to ensure we deliver high-quality experiences and remove barriers to seamless service delivery. Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and automate repetitive test cases. Execute and monitor automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects. Optimize existing test automation processes to improve efficiency and coverage. Perform manual testing Skills and Qualifications Graduate with a degree or professional certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress). Basic understanding of programming languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Portfolio to show above requirements Location and Hybrid Working: The role is based at Samsung R&D Institute in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, UK.
