REPORTS TO Section Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him/her from time to time. PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE Provide supporting services and prepare documentation for projects as well as provide other appropriate technical support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify areas for improvement within projects and processes Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services Document projects within guidelines set by supervisor Produce high quality drawings and documentation Attend technical discussions and project delivery meetings Write meeting minutes Interact with project team and external consultants Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts Ability to resolve conflicts on site, or between external consultants, making sure to not aggravate any arising issues and solve conflicts in an ethical manner RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS A N.
