As a Graduate in our Business Development & Logistics team, you’ll support initiatives that streamline order fulfilment, enhance customer experience, and improve distribution efficiency, identify new business opportunities and assist with client outreach to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Analyse supply chain and sales performance data to identify trends Identifying new business opportunities Preparing proposals and presentations Building relationships with potential clients and partners Supporting cross functional initiatives to drive revenue Support logistics optimisation and inventory planning projects Assist in process improvement workshops across sales & delivery teams Work closely with commercial teams to improve customer service outcomes About You Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading Strong communication and data analysis skills A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement Interest in operations, logistics, or customer success What’s in It for You?A fast-paced environment, dynamic role with real ownership, and opportunities to work across teams shaping how we deliver to customers.
