Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement. Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need. Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
