Job Title: Global Strategy Analyst – Beauty & Wellbeing Location: 100VE JOB PURPOSE The Global B&W Strategy & Operations team partners closely with the Global B&W CMO and leadership team to drive outstanding multi-year performance. The team’s remit spans three pillars: Deliver (operations and innovation), Plan (business planning), and Shape (define multi-year strategy). This Strategy Analyst role supports the Senior Global Strategy Manager in the Shape pillar — turning data and insight into powerful strategic recommendations on portfolio, geography, channel and operating models. You will play a central role in running analyses, building opportunity-sizing, and helping to craft executive-ready presentations that influence decisions at the highest level. You’ll gain exposure to global strategic projects shaping the future of Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio, as well as the opportunity work directly with senior stakeholders, including the Strategy Director and CMO. The role offers hands-on experience across data, strategy and communication in one of the world’s most dynamic categories. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Data analysis and insight generation • Lead quantitative analysis and research to support portfolio, channel and category strategy projects • Example topic areas include choosing which markets to prioritise for premiumisation investment, which new subcategories to enter, what the full potential of a brand is • Partner closely with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) and Brand and Market teams to extract, analyse and interpret consumer, market and competitor data. • Build market sizing, trend forecasting, pricing and share models using Excel and other analytical tools. • Ensure analytical consistency, rigour and version control across multiple workstreams • Translate large data sets into clear insights and actionable conclusions. 2. Opportunity sizing • Support the Senior Global Strategy Manager in developing opportunity sizing – using different triangulations to ensure the sizing is robust • Collaborate with Finance to help construct financial models and business cases to estimate revenue and cost implications 3. Presentation development and communication • Prepare clear, visually engaging PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews, strategic updates and workshop • Help distil complex analysis into concise executive narratives. • Support the design and delivery of workshops, meetings and planning sessions across global markets. ALL ABOUT YOU • You have a genuine curiosity about the beauty industry, consumers and market trends. • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numeracy and logical problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, modelling, scenario analysis) and strong capability in PowerPoint (storytelling and presentation design). • Comfortable handling ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. • A collaborative team player, able to build relationships across functions such as CMI, Finance, and Marketing. • Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • You may have experience in consumer and market insights, finance, marketing/business analytics or consulting • Prior exposure to FMCG or Beauty categories is a strong advantage. • Fluent in written and spoken business English NOTES Location In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London. This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston.
