We are seeking a Global SFDC Design-In Process Excellence Leader to drive process improvement, adoption, and usability within Salesforce.com across global regions. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure seamless execution of Design-In and related SFDC process flows. You will also develop dashboards, metrics, and predictive analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement. This role offers an opportunity to influence global commercial excellence, mentor stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of innovation and operational efficiency, all while working remotely with cross-functional teams worldwide. \n Accountabilities: Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and partner with IT for successful delivery. Resolve Salesforce.com issues for Design-In and related processes promptly and efficiently. Develop and maintain key SFDC metric reports and dashboards for Design-In, forecasting, and related process flows. Collaborate with AI specialists to create predictive analytics dashboards for the Design-In process. Promote best practices in process excellence and continuous improvement across global teams. Support stakeholder training, engagement, and adoption of SFDC processes to maximize usability and impact. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Design-In processes, Salesforce.com reports, dashboards, and standard SFDC processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across diverse teams and cultures. Excellent listening skills, flexibility in communication style, and intercultural awareness. Proven ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements.
